Pros
Competitive salaries. Good work life balance. Pretty good benefits. There are some very nice people that work there.
Cons
Top performers are told they are valued, but it's never shown. Too many leadership positions that aren't needed. Way too top heavy. Management is surprisingly clueless given the amount of them. The company also lacks structure and formal processes, which is also surprising for its size. There is a sense of flailing by management, which is probably due to so many leaders and a lack of synergy between them, or that the company got too large too quickly. Too much drama and politics exist in the organization. Many people don't get along and will back stab each other. This is seen both within the organization and between the CCO's. I have never seen anything like it in a workplace. Leadership will usually hire their friends, though will use a facade of "everyone is encouraged to apply" Many employees feel like they're not given the proper tools to succeed.
