      Frequent employee changes, bad manager who pretends to work 24/7 but looks like he is doing another job, he has created hierarchy to take all credit and work - sad part is no one knows or cares

      Nothing, the pay is too low for the amount of work you're expected to do, and if a customer calls in and lies about you; their report will still stand even if they listen to the call and hear that the customer was lying
