      field staff are passionate about work, good location downtown

      Cons

      The bullying that occurs here by senior management is horrific and continues to be tolerated. There is not growth potential, you are micromanaged and stifled beyond belief. If you are REALLY mission driven they will tap into this and exploit it. Its all a lie, and when you cannot live up to their unrealistic expectations they pretend its all your fault and gang up. Sink or Swim...I would swim as fast as I can away.

      Fully remote work Some great people to work with

      - An insane amount of work that doesn't really benefit the org. - Leadership is forcing every kind of project on you and your team in hopes of beating our competitors. No real understanding of ROI on initiatives - Horrible benefits - Distrust in other departments and leaders - Constant shifts in priority with no real direction
