Pros
A plethora of training offered to help improve your own personal progression. You can go at whatever pace of progression you want to and to how it suits your own personal circumstances. The staff are so friendly within both the live in and hourly teams as well as the office managers who are happy to help any time of the day or week through the on call service. The service is outstanding and you can see this through their innovative ways or working and always being one step ahead of other care companies I have worked for. I really enjoy working for Carefound Home Care.

Pros
The company has the best training in a care company I've ever come across. They are extremely supportive and you know if you have any issues they are only a phone call away . And my colleagues I have met are friendly and all around a lovely bunch of people.

Pros
Very thorough interview, training and induction proccess. Helpful, informed, proactive and supportive management office team. Wonderful, caring, professional and totally supportive senior care team. Everyone I have met to date,; management, senior carers and carers have been a credit to Carefound and the healthcare sector in general.
Cons
Maybe the fact that sometimes there are a couple of hours break in the middle of a shift however I understand that at times this is unavoidable and is not a serious concern.
