Pros

- Thorough Induction plan. - The way people make you feel! - All staff go through the Franchise training which includes an exam and a minimum pass mark criteria. - The company has genuine values which it lives and breathes in the daily running if the business. - There is a good support system in place which includes (but not limited too) regular touch points with line manager to reflect and review performance and discuss future aspirations. - Work/Life balance. - Senior management team listen to feedback/areas for improvement and proactively seek a resolve. If a request cannot be met then an alternative solution is explored.

Cons

Franchise support center is quite a distance from me, but i knew that when i went for the position and it did not deter me. There isn't a need for a field based worker to attend FSC all the time, the frequency is manageable.
