The clients and fellow carers are lovely.
Cons
As a former staff member, I raised a formal concern regarding unpaid wages and shift removals after months of loyal service. I was met with silence, delays, and stonewalling from management. I have since reported the matter to ACAS. Extremely disappointed in how carers — the backbone of this business — are treated behind the scenes.
