Pros
Entry-level medical personnel can begin their careers here. My peers helped me hone my skills and answered all my questions. If you want a bigger paycheck, you can max out your schedule almost every week.
Cons
Some of the challenges include high turnover from management to housekeeping, "mandation" happens far too often, and from management down to supervisors, they create a stressful work environment.
