The Staff - with few notable exceptions I worked with a great team. We pulled together to solve challenges and find success Benefits - If one selects the high-deductible wellness plan, the company pays the full cost for employee only health, dental, & vision insurance premiums
Cons
Management (Including HR Management) - when a manager has 5 people in a role in 5 years, the likelihood that it failures by all of those employees is much smaller than it is a failure of that manager. Communication - I reported remotely and found it very difficult to maintain meaningful communication with others because of an out-of-sight/out-of-mind mentality Project Management - this organization needs to learn how to manage change, involve all stake holders, devote sufficient resources to initiatives, and coordinate change across areas, rather than have siloed fiefdoms working at cross purposes instead of coming up with unified solutions to cross-functional challenges.
