Cons
You can hear a pin drop in the corporate office, as people are afraid to let loose and have fun while the owners are around. The ownership insists in saying that they listen to opinions and ideas, but in reality only do so with a couple of favorites that have been with the company for a long time. One of the company core values is "TRUST", but there is very little trust of ownership's ability to properly charge customers for services and lead the company toward growth. Too many customers are underpaying for services, which results in lower than market compensation for employees. Folks only appear to be brought up to market value in compensation when they threaten to leave. At least 8-10 key people in the organization left in 2018 or here in 2019 to move on for better opportunities.
