      Easy leads to work daily.

      This company has THE WORST pay plan for anyone joining their sales department compared to all other Refinance Companies. The technology and software is the worst Ive ever experienced in my tenure as a Loan Officer over half a decade. Very toxic and fake co workers. They take all profits and just give to upper management. They hire managers that aren’t qualified at all and pay them significantly more than what should be. DO NOT WORK HERE, you’ll regret the time wasted.

      Great work life balance! I feel like a person and not just a number here. I feel like I have the support to reach my full potential. I feel like I have finally found my "forever job" here at Caribou.

      I cannot think of any really. I'll work here until I retire.

      Pros

      The best part about Caribou is the environment. The atmosphere is vibrant and filled with enthusiastic people who care about doing good work. It feels amazing to work somewhere where the core goal is helping consumers save money. Plus, having a leadership team that is communicative and receptive to new ideas makes a world of difference in the day-to-day experience.

      Cons

      Fast growth means you have to be comfortable with ambiguity at times as structures and workflows get built out.
