Bad corporate structure - Chef Carillon Assisted Living Employee Review

Great staff. Chefs are awsome and understanding while getting the job done.

Nothing that I experienced was positive.

The senior leadership at Carillon is extremely immature, they talk badly about employees, they roll their eyes at things they don't like and they have absolutely no trust in their employees. They would rather fire someone than work out an issue. They have no compassion whatsoever, all they want is to make money off the backs of their employees who they treat like dirt. The pay is lousy, the hours are ridiculous, the benefits are terrible and the culture is horrible.
