Pros
Very good training and development on offer and available throughout employment.
Cons
Very much a blame culture. Also new incentives for employee welfare, such as career ladder and long service awards are good in the sense that the organisation are aware of retention issues within the industry, however caring home's approach to employee welfare is inaccurate, inconsiderate and ineffective.
