Pros

Lots of open shifts available Flexible Clients are easy going Provides transportation if you don’t have access to a car

Cons

Staff can be rude Pay can be much better should really be weekly paychecks. I do feel like if you get on their bad side they will manipulate your paycheck.

Pros

If you are in a revenue generating position and you excel you will be praised.

Cons

Very difficult place to work would NOT recommend. Leadership (CEO/CFO) lacks transparency and frequently makes unilateral decisions. They often are dismissive and unprofessional. The culture is heavily revenue-driven, and employees in non–revenue-generating roles can be cut at anytime with no notice or severance. Over the past several months, there has been significant turnover, including long-tenured employees and senior leadership, which speaks to the stability and culture of the company. Decisions around staffing and restructuring have been handled poorly, with limited communication and support. Caring People lacks trust, consistency, and employee support.
