It's fast food. If that's a con to you, then you're probably one of the people that should experience a year in fast food.

Tend to be flexible with student schedules at least my workplace was until we got a new district manager that made working there harder. Overall, you will meet good people, bad people, but overall good starter job to gain customer service skills.

Be ready to deal with tough customers, the ugly part of the world, roaches, karens, tough district managers and QA. Always do your scripting!
