Working on this cruise line has truly been one of the best opportunities of my life. The salary is excellent—what you can earn in just one month at sea is almost equal to 7–8 months of work back home! On top of that, the company provides great benefits, competitive pay, and the chance to travel the world while doing something you enjoy.

Cons

The only real challenge is being away from your loved ones for long periods, but if you’re focused on building your career and future, the rewards are worth it. Overall, it’s a career that combines adventure, growth, and stability. Highly recommended!

Pros

Work from home (can also be a con), great training, managers are supportive, benefits are really good

Cons

Isolation of working from home, "helping out" other departments with no extra pay or incentive, pay is quite low, computer systems have constant issues which leads to angry guests
