Great freedom and support, but pay lacks clarity - Field Service Technician Carolina Handling Employee Review

Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

No cons that I can think of

This company has an amazing company culture and solid foundation for training. The support I’ve received not only with my trainers but throughout the department has been incredible. With volunteer opportunities company wide and a focus on employees this has been an out of this world experience. This is truly my second family.

I don’t have any feedback with cons at this point.
