I think that BCC gives you the chance to learn and perfect your skills in different areas of banking systems, a good starting point in a relatively complex company that gives you the chance of working in connections with different departaments. Nice colleagues.
Cons
You are able to learn enough to leave the company as the management hardly does anything to retain talents, good environment for entry level. there are little training programs and too theoretical few chances to develop and really grow...
