Very poor workplace - management incompetent - Factory Worker Carpenter Co. Employee Review

Two major problems: 1) Management have no idea what's going on on the shopfloor. Middle management ignore the feedback they get from supervisors and do not do what's needed. 2) The company doesn't understand that sometimes people are ill. You can be sacked after one illness no matter how hard you work. Again it's a sign of management's incompetence.
