Pros
Good benefits for the most part.
Cons
Inexperienced management makes for very low morale among co-workers and high drop rate. Most people doing work of 2-3 people, with no help from management because they are clueless. Brow beat to get job done, with unrealistic department metrics. Even when trying to better yourself and move up in the company, you're held in current role for 6+ months - due to a hiring freeze to betray to the stock holders the company is making a profit.. all a smoke screen.. Anyone with any experience and knowledge gave up and either quit or retired. It's very sad, as being a company that's been around for 128+ years and the place you'd be lucky enough to work for... complete opposite today! It's very sad that everyone that you work with is looking 'outside' the company for new career - even co-workers with 10+ years at the company..
