Pros
Worked for two Partners who were excellent supervisors. Still have a great deal of respect for both of them. Now have a much better job where I've been promoted, make a much higher salary, and am respected and valued.
Cons
No training. Really felt sorry for workers coming right out of college who were expected to prepare Tax Returns. Bonuses were eliminated. No path to advancement. Played their favorites. Catty comments from several co-workers including one who was a Partner. Several Partners are arrogant, self-absorbed despots.
