      Full Time Employee Review: The company has undergone annual layoffs, particularly impacting teams in DevOps, SRE, Observability, and DevSecOps. In late 2024 and 2025, significant reductions occurred across US and India offices (Bangalore and Hyderabad), with many mid-level and senior employees affected, including those with 1–2 years of tenure. The tech stack lacked modernization, and management struggled with transparency and strategic direction. Hybrid work culture was inconsistent, and financial challenges were evident.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
