Pros

Competitive pay scales Treat upper management very well financially Likes to be profitable even if it sacrifices jobs and quality

Cons

Authoritarian management Lack of career development Exchange ethics for profits Use restructuring to intimidate employees to work long hours Burn and churn employees Indianapolis office was outdated (I could hear people using the restroom in my office through the vents) Technical resources were non existent I was mocked in meetings Saw a grown man cry once in a meeting

Pros

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
