Pros

None particularly if you want to earn some money, but if sitting around for two or three days waiting on a load then by all means go ahead!

Cons

The entire operating premise is a flawed scam! The company has no interest at all in the profitability of its drivers. They do not have any contracts and so a steady revenue stream is not possible. So why would anyone give away 20% to a unprofessional dispatcher!? Please don't believe the hype and you will see when at orientation a steady stream of drivers returning their equipment. Please son don't waste your time and money!

Pros

They have a great fuel discount program.

Cons

They have a lotta brokered loads. Some around 1.90 a mile. I had to tell them to stop routing me across the PA turnpike with $2 a mile loads. They kept me heavy as possible afterwards. 46-48K per load. They want you to stay out 21 days at a time. They have six escrow accounts but they only mention truck maintenance and trailer maintenance during orientation. They have Leasing Company Deposit. Deposit Truck Maintenance Trailer Maintenance Truck reserve and Trailer reserve I made $4374 on 330 gallons of diesel and 20 gallons of def. With the company discount that came to $1106. Out of the $3268 left I brought home $826. They took $2442 for one week of deductions. It’s a foreign own company ripping off American drivers. Period. I lasted 32 days. I only went over 30 days because the truck had to go in the shop on my last load and I wanted to return the truck. Don't waste your time. I wished zero stars was an option.
