Where do I start? Hmm...
- HR departments that side more with the business than the employee.
- Poor planning from the management team.
- All style with no substance.
- A company that intends to go IPO but lack proper company structure in departments.
- Pray hard that your supervisor/manager are not egoistic and lost touch with what's happening in the industry, which seems to be the case with most.
- Asking staff to go for IMH when employees mentions about mental health during town hall.
- Significant lack of transparency, even with the things happening in the same department.
- Ageism exists in this s**thole, young managers/team leads please apply elsewhere.
- Culture of reporting on what you work by the SECONDS.
- Compensation and benefits package is really bad and don't think the HR team would be improving them anytime soon.
- Constant change of business direction.
- Resources? Pray that you got a decent laptop and stable company Wi-Fi all the time.
- No sense of ownership in your work, where your manager will take your credit all the time.
