Good environment with happy colleagues - Anonymous employee Carro Employee Review

Most of my job scope is OTOT, granted that sometimes there may be OT needed but as long as you finish your job you will not get into trouble. Perhaps my personality matches my role, having a lot of fun everyday. I know the reviews on this company is not very good, but perhaps they haven't gotten the right role or jobscope that suits them? Colleagues are a major plus point, there is not a day without laughter, but of course job has to be done before we have time to joke around. Not much micromanagement, even management will step in to help as long as we ask.
