1yThank you so much for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate your honest feedback and are glad to hear that you’ve found meaning in our mission and enjoy working with your teammates.
We recognize that many teams are carrying heavy workloads right now. We’re actively working through our internal planning process to approve additional roles for the remainder of the year, ensuring appropriate staffing and support where it’s most needed.
At Carrum, we’re constantly balancing our goals of growth and achieving financial sustainability. We know this sometimes leads to tough trade-offs, and we’re committed to doing our best to navigate these thoughtfully and transparently.
As we continue to grow through different phases of a company’s lifecycle, our leadership team will need to evolve, and we will continue to communicate candidly about these transitions in All Hands. We deeply value the contributions of every leader and Carrumite who’s helped shape Carrum to date. We’re confident in the team we have in place and their commitment to our mission, our people, and our future.
We also want to clarify that while we do track Glassdoor ratings as an OKR — because they’re one of several important signals of employee experience — they are not in any way tied to bonuses. As shared in our FY’25 bonus plan (which is available to all employees), bonus criteria are based on company and individual performance, not Glassdoor reviews.
If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the chance to better understand your experience and suggestions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to the People team at hr@carrumhealth.com.
