I worked at Carson and the culture is not as good as they make it seem (facade). The work environment is very stressful and this is considered normal. Management makes promises and announces changes that never actually happen. There is no true career path and the salary is low and raises are very rare. There is no training provided, coaching is bad and there is no guidance or support.
You are expected to do everything and go the extra mile (do more work, take more projects than capacity) but you won't get anything in return. Advertised benefits come only after a year or two. I would not recommend Carson as a good place to work.
