      To work remote from home.

      Cons

      I worked at Carson and the culture is not as good as they make it seem (facade). The work environment is very stressful and this is considered normal. Management makes promises and announces changes that never actually happen. There is no true career path and the salary is low and raises are very rare. There is no training provided, coaching is bad and there is no guidance or support. You are expected to do everything and go the extra mile (do more work, take more projects than capacity) but you won't get anything in return. Advertised benefits come only after a year or two. I would not recommend Carson as a good place to work.

      Thank you for leaving your review. We do realize that our company does not fit all, and there are certain limitations that may create a negative impression. We are working on sharing the realistic company preview as early as at the hiring stage to avoid these experiences. Having said that, we believe that the large number of positive reviews on Glassdoor about our company culture proves that this case is exceptional and manifests a bad company-employee fit, which may occur occasionally but is not an overall tendency with our company.

      Pros

      I've been working for Carson over 2 years now. It's always been a very rewarding job both in terms of personal growth, and career advancement. I take pride in the work that I do with our clients and enjoy the community atmosphere of the company staff. If you are into web development, this is an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Making our clients satisfied is our highest priority, and that can at times be demanding and intense. Working in this field does require a level of understanding of the user base that focuses on education, patience, and kindness.
