Cannot think of a single Pro.

Cons

Management is not helpful and it starts at the top which is at the exec level. Has no actual knowledge or boots on the ground experience. Left as soon as I could.

Pros

Everyone collaborated well, not many issues with needed supplies.

Cons

Mandatory change from salary to Pay per visit didn’t make sense financially. There was not enough time in the day for me to see more patients which would be the only way to make my pay equal to what I had been receiving in salary. There was too much documentation and redocumentation using older software and laptops also we had to call into QA to approve all SOC , recerts and DC visits. QA call times ranged from 5mins to 45 mins, depending on the personality and mood (unfortunately) of the QA person, sometimes more than 1 call was needed for approval
