Management is so far disconnected from every day operations of the shop.

I work with people who genuinely care about each other. We work as a team and are able to solve problems together constructively. There has been a lot of career advancement opportunities. I've seen a lot of change over the last several years in leadership, but for the positive. A lot of change and growth has happened.

Can be a dirty environment and the weather can be challenging as the plant floor will be hot or cold depending on the seasons.
