Pros
I worked here as a Graphic Designer for over two years. It was hands down the best management I've ever had — my boss was kind, supportive, and just awesome all around. While I didn't have much direct interaction with other employees since I worked remotely, the interactions I did have were very pleasant. Everyone was organized, nice, and quick to respond to anything I needed. I was treated well and given appropriate raises over time, and the benefits were good too.
Cons
Due to the nature of my position, I didn't always get to interact with coworkers often, but I also didn't have to commute (:
