Pros
The work is ultimately beneficial to the Law firms and clients that are able to move forward with strong enough cases. The benefits are decent but honestly could be better given current times (inflation)
Cons
Definitely REPOSTING THIS "CON" VERBATIM because it is true and has been experienced by many individuals so it is not a one off situation. --- The communication between employees and management is not that greatest the moment you speak up an express concern they start to ignore you and the training process is not the greatest either because they throw a video at you and expect you to have it all down pack based off of one video and lastly if you are not best friends with upper management they will not help you grow and expand in the company. Diversity within management or leadership is almost minimal unless you are related to someone within the company or hang out regularly on their paid Happy Hours, Wine clubs or other things that are almost conflicting with professional work environments. Conversations in the "work chat" are also borderline inappropriate especially when conversations start to revolve around bodily fluids and just things that should not be brought up jokingly in the workplace.
