"Describe some of the downsides of working for Cash Converters" - Anything and everything that happened between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Where to begin?? *I was lied to in the interview. Told hours are 9-5 and on my forst day was told its actually 8:30 to whenever the tills are counted (usually around 6pm) *Hours and hours and hours of unpaid overtime. *No public holidays given and no extra pay for working public holidays *Reach bonus targets only to be told that the target was actually changed and you didnt reach the target. *Constantly threatened with being sacked if you took your lunch hour *Nepotism *If you took a sick day your bonus wouldnt be paid.
