6yThank you for your review of Cast UK, we appreciate all previous and current employee feedback. If I can come back on some of your points:
Poorly paid – all of our salaries are equal or above the market average for recruitment businesses in Manchester.
Unrealistic targets – our targets are based upon the salary of the consultant. Therefore, consultants who are new to recruitment or trainees who have a lower salary have a lesser target. More experienced consultants or consultants who have a higher salary have a higher target. All salaries and targets are visible throughout the business given our open culture. We believe this approach is fair and transparent.
Crying staff due to job uncertainty – I am not sure this is true. Should this ever happen or be the case we have a very supportive culture and would sit down with the individual involved and understand what their concerns are and help accordingly. Personally, I am unaware of this ever happening.
KPI / Process driven – Yes we most certainly are process driven. We feel it is important to have clear and concise processes within the business to help people perform and understand how to do the job. As a business, we would never want our people to simply “free style” as this simply does not work. We also have KPI’s so people can self regulate and know how they have got on each day, week, etc.
Morning sales speeches – this made me laugh. Maybe I need to work on my story telling :-)
