It surprises me the number of negative reviews recently left about Cast UK. This is clearly coming from one or two disgruntled ex-employees who have recently been let go for poor performance. Let go and move on with your lives. In a sales environment, not everyone has the drive or ability to succeed so people will come and go. That's a fact of life and instead of writing multiple reviews people should focus on finding a career that they may be good at. My own review of Cast UK may add some balance to some of the recent negativity so here it is. Scope for progression Good atmosphere within each of the teams especially since the negative people were recently let go Fantastic training When I went through a tough patch both inside and outside of work I was fully supported and came through that much stronger as a person and a consultant Everyone looks out for each other Great location Most people socialise with each other after work
Cons
Sales is tough and you constantly need to be at your best but people should know that before they get into recruitment if they've done their research
