Pros
Customer is great when served great. Wonderfull view. They have autopay system available. Adventure to participate on the dreams and memories for a multi cultural clientele.
Cons
Parking lot is too small for a "high end" event center. When full house occur, employees have to park down the mountain and on holly days at the other side around, having the shuttle to transport. Don't forget to pick up the shuttle back to your car before the valet guys leave or you will have to walk down for it. Banquet manager is rude, goes by the gosships, involves personal affairs compromising his position on setting aside friends with more shifts, He don't care on seniority and experience, won't appreciate your great performance never the less to recognize it. He likes to embarrace employees on the pre-service meeting. He's stuck in the 80's and hard to take innovative ideas. Rarely He touch the tables, his assistants never do. Won't replace non- English speaking personnel, embarrassing image for such a prestige chain.
