Lots a great things to say. I loved working with John C. He was an awesome direct report and extremely helpful in trouble shooting day to day issues and providing direct support when possible.

When I was with the group it was on the tail end of Covid when restaurants were extremely understaffed, Since then Im sure its gotten better.

High end menu. Lots to learn about product.
