As a teacher with less than 5 years experience, I appreciate the support instructional coaches and content coordinators provide. In addition, having PLC time with other English teachers is a great perk.

The students need a lot of support and lack foundational skills.
tremendous admin oversight, lack of recognition on the positives with one's position and tremendous focus on what one does incorrect. Negative feedback comes not from campus admin but from district admins. Very top heavy with district supervisors
