With little direction on what your job duties are, there is plenty of down time.
Cons
Management is tone deaf and lack emotional intelligence. Be ready to be reprimanded for everything and made fun of in front of your peers. The pay is horrible and the benefits are nothing to write home about. I am looking for a new job and can't wait to quit. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling and leave this dumpster fire of a company in the dust.
