Job security being part of large organisation with so much government support and limited competition. Travel benefits.
Cons
Extremely low wages for professionals looking to build a life in the most expensive city in the world. 35k basic of which over 50% is spent on rent alone! Management is conservative in creating business opportunities but aggressive in slashing employees benefits and remunerations. Promotions is very slow, currently will take over 12years to be Captain.
