Lots of potential Mercy Medical Center Rockville Centre - PCA I Catholic Health Employee Review

Very difficult to move to other positions regardless of your experience. Always short staff. Too much nepotism. Upper management does not know how to encourage team work amongst workers. Some Managers seem checked out and not engaged, do just enough to get by. Very little flexibility with scheduling unless u are a student.
