Pros
great benefits and most employees are nice to work with, again depending on the department/location you work in.
Cons
The HR Department, sadly is not the same as it previously used be, the new HR Service Center is a call center that you are constantly being yelled at by employees as they have repeat the same situation/issue to another HR Specialist and sometimes takes days to get an answer or call back.
