      Pros

      family atmosphere, that was sometimes fun. there are a few decent people there in the pre-press dept.

      Cons

      too many to name. no clear management structure. You could be fired at any time for any reason, and the sales team is all over 60. Again....time to retire!

      Pros

      not really a pro, just a comment ... speak to those that have been working at CPI for more than 10 years ... which = a large portion of the staff. Then, speak to those that have been there for more than 20 years ... which = the rest of the staff.

      Cons

      of course there are "cons" as well as "pros" in any business ... however, ageism as a con, seriously ...
