Pros

Great single SASE platform technology, product team are doing a great job innovating and keeping the platform competitive

Cons

APAC team have a control circle that you have to work into and they are confused on how to drive into enterprise engagements. They are strong in mid market and rely too heavily on distribution partners with a lack of focus on strategic partners. Sales team are struggling. They just let a whole bunch of people go with a first in first out mentality without any explanation.

Pros

US based staff are very helpful and extremely sharp. The Tech works and is very easy to learn.

Cons

Political client is not helping sales. Actual tech is really rebadged from other vendors. Pricing is very difficult to sell. HQ in Tel Aviv; support can take time to respond. I was not comfortable "celebrating" Israel's IDF victories. I felt that I had to applaud or might get in trouble. CEO stating on TV that the First Amendment should be modified. Flying to Europe day before events is exhausting. They do not pay for extra night to acclimate.
