Terrible leadership.. especially upper management and the instore esthetician trainer . The rooms use to be so dirty and no one would clean. Force to block out schedule for events and influencers but wouldn’t get individual commission for everything you sale. They would lie and say they put it manually in your check. They would steal old clients gift cards to pay employees when the budget wouldn’t allow it. A lot of gossiping and favoritism if you come from a certain background. (They would literally talk about you in your face in their language ) Old and cheap equipment
