Pros
Free parking? It’s a house.
Cons
1. Incredibly racially insensitive. They seem like they’re tolerant but what goes truly behind everyone’s backs is that the management is quite intolerant. 2. No sense of boundaries. When you work here, your life is their life. Your after work life is also their life. They will force you and guilt trip you to stay for ‘after work parties’ even though you are truly tired. If you don’t go, they’ll bring it up and make you feel terrible. 3. No room for improvement. When you make a mistake, the “guidance” that management will give is to talk you down, treat you like a child. Then they’ll remind you of the mistakes you did and not the good things. They try to “advise you” with laughable guidance and almost zero patience. 4. Micromanage. They will not let you do your job on your own. They’re the helicopter parent from heck. 5. Calculative. They’re calculative with what time you leave work, how many hours they think you’re working, what you do during your lunch hour, MC, if your car broke down, they note it all down. 6. High school mentality - cliques. If you’re not one of them, they will ostracise you. They’ll pretend to play nice, with an incredibly thick layer of fakeness. 7. Cheap. You won’t be paid your worth. They will hunt for the cheapest to hire but may not be what’s best for the team/company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here.
