Pros
It CAN become a once in a lifetime opportunity, esp if you start to follow them but they'll tell you that they're gonna make you a "permanent " which means, free rent which they provide fully furnished apartments in each city (and very nice ones at that) they give you a starter package when you first arrive to each city to help pay for basic nessecities such as toilet paper, groceries, etc. they'll also help pay for travel from city to city whether it be a plane ticket or money for gas if you drive. Although, I was promised for two whole cities that I was going to become a permanent, so therefore, I kept following them, working long hard hours with not a single free weekend but over 24hrs of work just on Saturday and Sunday, having to find a place to stay and afford in each city, having to pay for travel expenses and what not... to basically be living paycheck to paycheck. Then my boss of my department had gotten let go, and after that everything had just gone completely down hill. No one knew what they were doing. Everything was done wrong, they had hired in old, OLD employees who worked there years prior who walked in as if they owned the place and as if we were doing them some sort of favor. You couldn't ever ask this new manager any questions because she would always get irritated and have major attitude. They made the entire FOH dislike their positions. I was supervisior of previous city, then when she took over, she actually had the nerve to go behind my back, not even bring up a single word to me about anything, and had me switch to being an usher, which I had never even ever done and her reasoning was because she was worried my lymes disease would effect my work, when that had never ever been an issue with anybody else prior.
Cons
I met some amazing people. I got to travel and experience new cities and live a totally different life style (because when you start traveling, it is a certain way of life that you must be able to handle and actually love, which I did) your co-workers literally become your family. Before the awful new/old manager took over in the last city, I had the best boss I have ever had in my entire life. Hands down. I still talk to him till this day in fact.
