Difficult to progress within company

Some lovely people, quite good basic nice office space, friendly recruiters and managers

Cold working atmosphere in general from other departments but there are some nice people, bad and unfair commission structure, they push you to not talk and just make calls, a lot of people leave the job or get fired in first few months, longest standing telesale person has been there just under a year, customers say theyve had bad experiences with the company as well which makes it harder to sell.
