Business outlook
Pros
Incredibly supportive staff, a management that listens, and great flexibility with how you use accumulated PTO/Sick leave. The company's overall outlook feels positive and stable as well. You never feel isolated or alone, either. Even when the work becomes quite independent, you can still collaborate with colleagues seamlessly using the systems they have in place. The devices they send are well-chosen. I never had any issues with the monitor, docking station, or laptop setup.
Cons
Pay primarily. It simply doesn't feel like enough. There can also be some repetition at times if the company requires a substantial amount of a certain task to be prioritized. (Though, this also means that you will get pretty efficient at said tasks.)
