Pros
*flexible work from home policy
Cons
*You will be either over worked and receive minimal/no recognition or bored/underutilized because there is no project to be on. *High turnover rate— at least 1 person leaves the company every month *No on-boarding process, only a place for self-starters who require no mentorship. *Generally terrible work life balance and over working is expected and glorified by management absent any compensation. *Developers—You might be on a non-coding project even though you interviewed for a coding role *No personal growth/career growth and management doesn’t care about your goals because they only cater to client needs *Favoritism and company politics rule—some people are over paid and most are under paid without legitimate reason *No HR, management doesn’t believe in checks and balances I would not wish for my worst enemy to work at this company, only join if you are truly desperate
