      Flexible hours, Good community, Growing company, Great co-workers, Positive attitude, Opportunity for professional as well as freshers

      Cons

      No Company is perfect, Adding office space, updating technology, formalising procedures all things happens will every growing company. It is important to not get hung up on what is wrong, but to focus on what is happening right, on that needs progressive action.

      They have a very interactive environment and anybody who is genuinely curious will like the aura.

      Sometimes the supervisor could ask you to work after office hours which is not tempting after full day of office work

      Came for campus placements and offered 10k / month stipend for a data scientist intern role. At this point this is just exploitation. That too for just 4 months and have performance based ppos. Also they keep on delaying full time conversion and utimately reject. They don't even care about minimum wages, even govt. isnt stopping such unethical acts. Even the ragpickers and labourers who are considered least privelleged/ marginalised community earn more than that.
